Support Worker

Shifts

4 hour shifts, 3 days per week.

13.10-13.60 ph - Contracted Position

This is a great role for someone looking for a new challenge at a company that cares about you! Working with our client who has an acquired brain injury, you will assist them in their home with daily chores, accessing the community and working towards goals and outcomes.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pay rates are exclusive of holiday pay meaning you also get paid for when you take holidays, unlike some roles advertised on indeed.

Duties

- Provide support and assistance where required
- Help individuals participate in social and recreational activities
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Monitor and report any changes in behaviour or health status
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for individuals

Requirements

- Experience in a similar role desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient demeanour.
- Flexibility to work various shifts
