Care & Support Assistant - Gwen NR23
Pay: 12.21 - 13.00 per hour (paid weekly)

Your role will include:
Offering personal and practical support to individuals in a residential setting Encouraging independence while providing reassurance and companionship Assisting with daily routines, personal care, and medication where required Maintaining a homely, safe environment, including light household duties Promoting wellbeing, safeguarding, and quality of life at all times

Previous background in care or support work (essential) A caring nature, patience, and reliability Willingness to work flexibly as part of a team An active DBS on the update service
