```Job Summary``` We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will provide essential care and assistance to individuals in need, including seniors, patients, and children. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. ```Responsibilities``` - Provide personal care and support to individuals in their daily activities - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals - Monitor and report changes in individuals' physical and emotional well-being - Assist with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary - Provide companionship and engage individuals in meaningful activities - Implement behavior management strategies as required - Maintain a clean and safe environment for individuals ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in nursing home, senior care, hospice care, or patient care is preferred - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals of all ages - Ability to handle challenging behaviors with patience and empathy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and schedules Please note that this position may involve working with vulnerable populations, therefore successful candidates will be required to undergo background checks and provide references.
