The Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable

Support Workers

to join our Bloxwich team. In this role, you will provide person-centred care and emotional support to individuals in their homes and communities.

You must hold a Full UK Manual Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver personal care in line with individual care plans Assist with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and finances Support individuals to achieve their goals and participate in community and leisure activities Administer and record medication following procedures Respond to challenging behaviour using a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approach Provide safe transportation for individuals (if driving) Maintain accurate care records Work flexibly across

day shifts (7:45am-8:00pm)

and

waking night shifts (7:45pm-8:00am)

on a rotational basis Average

7 shifts per fortnight

What We're Looking For

Experience in care or support work is

desirable

(training provided) A Full UK Manual Driving Licence is

essential

Right to work in the UK

(no 20-hour student visa restrictions - sponsorship not available)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Honest, compassionate, and flexible approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or complex needs Familiarity with supporting people who experience emotional distress
