We provide a high-quality bespoke service for adults with severe and enduring mental health problems and complex needs.

We are looking for motivated and caring individuals who shares our ethos and wants to make a real difference in the work that they undertake. The candidate must be a committed and empathetic and has experience in Mental Health support.

We are looking for the right candidate who can provide 2:1 support for a female in her own home.

Shifts will be 12 hours once a week, alternate weekends.

Our Care Support Worker's tasks may include but not limited to:

Providing mental, social and emotional support.

Supporting client's with their personal care including personal hygiene needs if required

Building/maintaining relationship with friends and family of our client's

Domestic/housekeeping Support

Meal Preparation

Accompanying to appointments

Companionship/Activity Support

Medication Support

Above average, excellent rates of pay - 14.25 per hour during the week and 16.25 per hour for weekend shifts.

Paid mileage when using your car for activity support

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
