Cheadle, Staffordshire

Pay:

12.60 per hour

Hours:

variable hours available 0 24-36 hours per week (2-3 day shifts)

Shifts:

07:15 - 19:15 (on a rolling rota including weekends)

Contract:

Permanent | Full-Time or Part-Time

What You'll Do

Support residents with daily routines, personal care, and meal times Encourage participation in rehabilitation activities and skill-building Monitor and report on residents' physical and emotional well-being Help create a safe, calm, and positive environment Keep accurate records and follow individual care plans Promote confidence, self-esteem, and independence Work closely with nurses and other support staff to ensure excellent care

Who We're Looking For

Caring and compassionate nature Team player with strong communication skills Proactive and flexible able to adapt to changing needs Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, or support work is desirable, but not essential Willingness to complete mandatory training (provided) Organised and dependable, with a calm and patient attitude
