We're looking for

committed, compassionate Support Workers

who want to make a genuine difference in young people's lives.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you'll act as a

positive role model

-- offering emotional support, promoting independence, and helping young people develop essential life skills.

You'll be responsible for maintaining a safe and structured environment, supporting personal growth, and ensuring all safeguarding and company standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

Support young people (16-18) with daily living skills including budgeting, cooking, and household tasks. Develop and follow

individual support plans

tailored to each young person's needs. Encourage participation in education, employment, and community activities. Build trusting, professional relationships and provide consistent guidance. Manage and record incidents, progress notes, and reports accurately. Uphold

safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries

at all times. Work collaboratively with social workers, schools, and other professionals. Promote positive behaviour and handle challenging situations calmly.
What We're Looking For

Essential:



A genuine passion for supporting young people and making a difference. Good communication, patience, and emotional resilience. Ability to work flexibly (including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins). Strong record-keeping and organisational skills.

An enhanced DBS on the Update Service

(or willingness to obtain one before starting).

Desirable:



Experience working in a supported accommodation, residential, or youth work setting. Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Health & Social Care / Children & Young People (or equivalent). Knowledge of safeguarding and trauma-informed care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
