Five Oaks Care Ltd are looking for someone to join our
Waking Night Team
of
Residential Support Workers
whose role is to care for young adults who have learning disabilities, complex needs, and autism.
Experience is preferred but it's not essential. Full induction and ongoing professional training and development will be given.
We have two homes on the same site and our teams work across both. We currently support 6 young adults.
The shift length is 9.5 hours, starting at 10pm and finishing at 7.30am.

Qualifications
Strong communication skills
Experience working with adults in a supportive role
Valid driver's licence and ability to drive
Knowledge of adult care practices and care plans
Proficient in using IT tools and software for documentation and communication
Ability to develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs
