Key responsibilities:
Supporting young adults and adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and challenging behaviour within a supported living environment.
Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans, the care & support policies and procedures
Identifying needs and preferences for each individual.
Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
Be a kind, empathetic and people person who works well in a team.

Please Note
Care experience is not essential as we offer a full induction and regular training to equip you with the skills and confidence to carry out your role, as well as regular training and support throughout your career with us.
Positions are subject to two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS.
