Sandwich Road is looking to recruit a Support Worker for waking Nights to join their team. This is a Part- time role.


30 Hours per week


Shifts: Thursdays, Fridays & Saturday 21:30 - 07:30


12.90 per hour


Located in Whitfield Village in Dover, Kent, 55 Sandwich Road offers residential support for Dementia, autistic and/or have a learning disability. We are located in a semi-rural location, off a main road, and surrounded by lovely views and beautiful countryside.

As a

Support Worker for waking Nights

, you will assist with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents. You will provide support with day to day activities, whilst encouraging and promoting independent living. As part of our team, you'll help people reach their potential, through both practical and emotional support, making a positive difference to their lives.



Supporting with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and personal care Performing light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and changing bed clothes Assisting with safe lifting, transferring, repositioning and movement of individuals Observe, monitor, and record physical and emotional well-being, and quickly report any changes to senior staff Encouraging participation in social and recreational activities that promote involvement and personal growth Waking Nights
