We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we support, particularly in settings such as assisted living, home care, and hospice care. As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering personalised care tailored to each individual's needs.
Duties
Provide assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and encouraging environment.
Assist with meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met according to dietary requirements.
Support individuals with dementia care by employing appropriate techniques to enhance their comfort and safety.
Help clients engage in social activities and maintain connections with their community.
Administer first aid as necessary and ensure the health and safety of clients at all times.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
Requirements
2 Professional References for at least 3 years with each employer.

Must have at least 2-3 years care experience in the UK.
