We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Support Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in providing assistance and care to individuals in need, ensuring their comfort and well-being. This position requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those we support, in their own homes

On top of hourly rate we pay travel time and mileage .

We provide free uniform , training and DBS checks

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support to individuals, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Assist with mobility to ensure the safety of clients. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Engage in activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation. Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate personnel. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including nurses and other support staff, to deliver comprehensive care. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards.

Qualifications

Previous experience not necessary full training given Ability to drive is an advantage for transporting clients as needed. Physical capability to perform moving and handling tasks as required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A caring attitude with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.

Pay: 13.50-15.50 per hour
