We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to help individuals in need. In this role, you'll play a key part in assisting clients with daily activities and supporting their overall well-being. It's a rewarding chance to make a real difference in people's lives.

A full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential, as you'll be covering the Hawarden area. This vacancy is specifically for weekend work only.

Qualifications:

Previous care experience in domiciliary sector

Valid driving licence and own vehicle

Skilled in the Person-Centred Care approach

Knowledge of domiciliary care practices and care plans

Responsibilities:

Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in their homes during evenings and weekends

Assist with daily living tasks, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration

Drive clients to appointments or outings, ensuring safe and responsible driving

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members to deliver holistic care
