Job Description

Pay Rate: 12.90 per hour with sleep in 35 per sleep in



Shifts:12 hour shifts - Days and Nights 8AM - 8PM and 8PM-8AM



Sleep in 10AM - 10PM (including rota weekends)



Westbury Lodge

is located in the town of Westbury, in Wiltshire. We offer residential support for eight people who have a learning disability or are on the autism spectrum, who may also have mental health needs. The house is located on a quiet street, near the town centre. Our team is dedicated to supporting the people we care for to meet their goals and live happy, healthier lives. We can also support people who are nearing the end of their life, managing risks and any changing health needs.

What you'll be doing




You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our

wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As a Support Worker

you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of

residents
