Young Persons Care Ltd is looking for

Support Workers

to join our team on a

temporary basis

in a CQC-regulated service in the DT4 area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support individuals with complex needs in a safe, person-centred environment.

What you'll be doing:

Providing person-centred care and support to individuals with diverse and complex needs Promoting independence, dignity, and safety in daily living Supporting emotional wellbeing and safeguarding responsibilities Working as part of a professional, values-led team
Essential skills and qualifications (must have)

Care Certificate Medication management certification Positive Behaviour Support (PBS)
Desirable Attributes:

Previous experience in regulated care environments Strong communication and teamwork skills A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting vulnerable individuals
