We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care and assistance to individuals in their own homes and supported living settings. The role involves supporting clients with daily activities, ensuring their safety, and promoting independence. Applicants should be committed to delivering person-centred care and possess a genuine desire to improve the wellbeing of those they support. Responsibilities

Successful applicants will be required to work with our service users in residential supported living services. You will be working with young people and adults who have Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health, Challenging Behaviours and other Long-term conditions who need support on a daily basis. Your role will include:

? Support individuals to stay safe and ensure their welfare.

? Help managing medication responsibility.

? Support Service Users to develop daily living skills and work towards their own independence.

? Involve Service Users as much as possible to meet their own needs independently

? Support individuals to maintain a clean and safe living environment.

? Support individuals to participate in activities they enjoy and access the local community.

Qualifications

We require applicants with at least six months experience of working in a support worker role, in the past three years and have a commitment to providing compassionate, person centred care to vulnerable people.

? We also require applicants who have experience and training to manage challenging behaviours (Training will also be provided should this be required).

? As well as being a rewarding role where you make a difference in a person's life, the role is also varied, and no two days are ever the same.

Driving Licence: A driving licence is always useful but not necessarily essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
