About the Role



We're excited to welcome motivated, compassionate, and positive individuals to join our dedicated team at Reside Support. This role involves supporting adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Complex Needs in their own homes or in supported living services.

Whether you are new to care or already experienced, this is an opportunity to make a real difference. You'll receive full training, regular supervision, and ongoing career development to help you grow in your role and progress with us.

This position is ideal for someone who can use their initiative, think creatively, and take a proactive, person-centred approach to support.

Responsibilities



Provide respectful and dignified personal care where required. Assist with daily living routines including meals, mobility, and household tasks. Encourage choice, control, and independence in all areas of life. Support community inclusion, hobbies, and personal goals. Promote health, wellbeing, and safety at all times. Maintain clear, respectful communication with individuals, families, and team members.

Requirements



Aged 18 or over. Right to work in the UK. Able to complete an Enhanced DBS check. Flexibility to work day and night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Desirable (but not essential):



Full UK driving licence. A qualification in Health and Social Care. Experience working with adults with autism, learning disabilities, or behaviours that challenge.
