We're excited to be growing our team and currently have a Support Worker vacancy at our friendly Residential service in Merston, Chichester. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them to live full and meaningful lives.
These roles
require a Full UK Driving Licence
, as you'll be using our mobility vehicles and company vehicles to support people with trips, appointments and activities in the community.
Please note:
We're unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK and be able to commute to Merston.
Hours:
Full-time 38hrs + part-time options
Pay:
12.22 - 13.57 per hour (qualification-dependent)
Sleep-ins may be available

What the Role Involves
No two days are the same, but you can expect to:
Support adults with learning disabilities and complex or challenging behaviours
Use positive, person-centred approaches to manage and reduce behaviours
Help people develop independence and everyday living skills
Provide personal care where needed
Write clear daily notes and contribute to care plans
You'll be part of a team that celebrates achievements, supports each other and puts the people we support at the heart of everything.
Working Hours
Full-time and part-time roles available
Alternate weekends required
Possible sleep-in shifts
A range of shift patterns to suit service and employee needs

Hold a Full UK Driving Licence
