We're looking for Support Workers who can adapt their approach to meet the unique needs of each setting and the people who live there, recognising that no two homes -- or individuals -- are the same.

Purpose of the Role



As a Support Worker, you'll be part of a passionate, skilled team providing tailored, person-centred support to adults with varying levels of need. Your role is to empower individuals to lead fulfilling lives, make choices, and access their communities -- while promoting safety, wellbeing, and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities



Support people with daily living, personal care, and emotional wellbeing Promote independence through meaningful routines and activities Encourage community engagement and social inclusion Assist with cooking, cleaning, shopping, and household tasks Respond to challenging behaviour and emotional distress with compassion and skill Maintain clear and accurate care plans, records, and shift notes Support access to appointments, outings, and leisure activities Uphold a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Report concerns, incidents, and safeguarding issues promptly Engage in training, supervision, and professional development Work collaboratively with families, professionals, and external agencies

Shift Pattern



Permanent full-time and part-time roles available Shift-based, including weekends and bank holidays Flexibility required to meet individual and service needs

We're looking for Support Workers who are:



Experienced in supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, or behaviours that challenge (minimum 1 year preferred) Comfortable providing personal care and emotional support Confident working with people with complex and changing needs Familiar with safeguarding, risk management, and CQC standards Skilled in maintaining accurate records and clear communication Comfortable with domestic tasks, physical activity, and community outings Flexible, proactive, and resilient under pressure Calm, warm, and emotionally intelligent Passionate about person-centred care, inclusion, and dignity Professional in appearance, attitude, and conduct Qualified to or working towards NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
