About Us
We are a values-led organisation providing high-quality supported living services for adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism, and behaviours that challenge. Across our homes in Woking and Camberley, we create safe, nurturing environments where individuals are supported to live with dignity, independence, and purpose.
Each of our supported living homes is unique -- some offer a calm, structured environment for older adults, while others are more vibrant and activity-focused. What they all share is a strong foundation of empathy, respect, and person-centred care. We're looking for Support Workers who can adapt their approach to meet the unique needs of each setting and the people who live there, recognising that no two homes -- or individuals -- are the same.
