Job Introduction

You will need to be enthusiastic, have great people skills, and a positive and proactive approach to your role, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and complex needs


Where you'll be working;


Central Worthing, Rectory Road supports 3 individuals with multiple disabilities.


Offering supporting living, encouraging and enabling people to live as independently as possible within their own homes and accessing the local community & facilities.


We are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team, to continue delivering outstanding outcomes.


This is a new service and we are looking to start our new team mid to late April.

What is required from you?

A minimum of 12 months on your right to work in the UK At least 12 months of experience in support services. This is a new service and we are looking to start our new team mid to late April. UK Valid Driver's Licence with access to own car.

Encouraging - people to play active roles in the communities in which they live, to encourage independence.


Supporting - Activities of daily Living including social activities, personal care, routines, planning and preparation of meals and budgeting.


Communicating - effectively communicate using people's chosen methods


Engaging - promoting and motivating people we support to enhance their quality of life


Specialising - supporting people who may need positive behavioural support approaches


Recording - keeping accurate records &reporting changes in health or circumstances of service users to management


Team player - Working as part of a team, as well as being able to work using your own initiative.
