We are looking for Support workers to join our service in Wrexham.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll be doing:

  • The people we support have various disabilities such as learning disabilities, mental health needs, PDSI, or complex needs with some behaviours perceived to be challenging.
  • You\'ll support on a 1-1, 2-1 or shared basis promoting independence and to gain confidence within the community and in their own home.
  • Personal care required with some individuals.
  • Working to maintain a high level of support that\xe2\x80\x99s required for the service needs.
  • Participate and be as enthusiastic about their likes and wants as they are.
  • Drivers essential
  • This role is within a supported living service.
