We'd like you to join us as a

Night Time Support Worker

at our clients home based in

Mancot, North Wales.




Looking for something more meaningful than your average care role? Step into the quiet calm bungalow and become the empowering presence that helps a spirited gentleman live life on his terms.


Sleep Night Support (23 nights per week)

Accessible only by car must be a confident driver


Prior care experience preferred, but heart and respect matter most as this client is 1:1 person-centered overnight support. Promoting independence, offering minimal-yet-impactful support, and helping someone rediscover his confidence

When you'll be working:



2- 3 night shifts a week 9pm -8am 10pm - 6am as a sleep night, 9pm -10pm as night time routine and 6am - 8am as morning routine

Meet a quietly determined individual whose life changed following a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis but whose drive to maintain independence is unwavering.

He uses a power chair and requires hoisting assistance, but don't let that define him. What truly shines is his self-awareness, his resolve, and his desire to direct his own care. He values structure, kindness, and gentle encouragement. While confidence has wavered in recent times, his openness and approachability create space for trust and connection.
