Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate Male and female Support Worker to join our team in providing care and assistance to individuals in need. The role involves supporting service users in a home care setting, administering medication, and assisting with activities. Duties:- Provide high-quality patient care and support individuals with learning disabilities, Autism, Physical disabilities. Assist with Administering medication. meal preparation, personal care and feeding when necessary- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required- Knowledge in medication, Epilepsy, and Diabetes Awareness. Care and empathy towards individuals in need. Join our team of dedicated Support Workers to make a positive impact on the lives of those requiring care and support.

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour
