Job Title: Part-Time Support Worker

Position Overview: We are looking for two compassionate and dedicated Part-Time Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in their homes and within the community. Your focus will be on helping clients gain independence, access community resources, and build positive relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and during visits to our community hub. Assist clients in developing life skills and achieving personal goals. Facilitate access to community resources and activities. Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage trust and open communication. Collaborate with team members to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Maintain accurate records of support provided and progress made. Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and organizational policies.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a support or care role is preferred but not required. A genuine passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a valid driver's license or be willing to travel using public transport. Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Please note that we are unable to offer sponsorship for this position.
