As a Support Worker, you'll become part of our motivated and welcoming team, dedicated to improving the quality of life for the people we support. You'll also have the chance to work across several nearby services, helping you broaden your experience and develop new skills.

About the Role
Shift patterns are
8am-8pm

8pm-8am
, including evenings, weekends, and some unsociable hours.
Your responsibilities may include:
Monitoring, recording, and administering medication
Supporting daily living tasks and light household chores
Helping with mobility and personal care
Food preparation and assisting with shopping
Encouraging and taking part in activities and hobbies
Providing companionship and emotional support
Working effectively as part of a team and completing thorough handovers
We're Looking For Someone Who Is:
Friendly, reliable, and caring
Able to inspire and support residents to achieve their goals
Comfortable supporting activities and in-house hobbies
A good communicator and team player
Experienced in support work (1-2 years preferred)
Experienced with medication administration
A driver with a reliable vehicle
