About Me

Hi! I'm a 24-year-old professional with cerebral palsy living independently in Southampton. I work for the NHS, and I'm big into the gym, spa days, and watching football (bonus points if you are too!).

I'm looking for a reliable and friendly support worker to join my small team on a casual, flexible basis. The support I need isn't high-intensity -- it's about keeping me on the move, helping with a few practical things, and enjoying a bit of good company along the way.

About the Role

This is a zero-hours / casual support role -- ideal for someone looking for flexibility. Your responsibilities may include:

Supporting morning routines and daily planning Driving me to work, the gym, appointments, etc. Light personal care and mobility support Assisting with general tasks at home and out and about Being a supportive presence and positive energy!

Working Pattern

Support needed between 7:00am Monday and 6:00pm Wednesday Casual hours -- we'll agree your shifts week by week Typically 10-20 hours per week depending on availability and needs Opportunity for more hours over time if it suits both of us

Requirements

Full UK driving licence + access to a car Friendly, respectful, and dependable Comfortable working 1:1 with a young adult Previous experience in support/care is helpful but not essential Must be reliable, communicative, and positive
