Shifts: 12-hour shifts (08:00-20:00 / 20:00-08:00)

About Us



We provide safe, and supportive accommodation for young people aged 16-25 as they work towards independence. We are dedicated to empowering residents to build brighter futures by offering practical support, guidance, and encouragement every step of the way.

The Role



We are looking for compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our team. This is a shift-based role, working 12-hour days and nights, supporting young people with their everyday needs and helping them develop essential life skills.

Provide emotional and practical support to young people aged 16-25 Promote independence, wellbeing, and positive decision-making Ensure the safety and security of residents and the property during shifts Maintain accurate records and complete shift handovers Work as part of a supportive team committed to making a difference

What We're Looking For



Experience in a support, care, or youth work setting (desirable, but not essential - training provided) A caring, patient, and resilient attitude Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people We are looking for experienced Support workers who have extensive knowledge in this field. you must be able to work in a person centered approach and have the basic certification in Safeguarding, health and safety, and understanding of the care system polices.
Must have experience in report writing, doing daily logs, assessments and basic admin. good communication skills, ability to work ethically and safely.

This role would suit an experienced support worker/senior manager who has worked in this sector before and that could bring their knowledge to the position.

Owning your own car would be an advantage but not essential.
