Support Worker - Driver

Godfrey Care is looking for passionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our Supporting Living team, based in Cannock.

As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours, helping them to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive environment.

Main Duties:

The Support Worker will be responsible for providing support across three services in the Cannock area. Duties will include assisting service users with daily living tasks and transporting them to day centres and various external activities.

Support Worker should have:

Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential or supported living

Must hold Valid UK Driving Licence

Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately

A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individuals

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
