About The Role

"We are currently recruiting for FULL & PART TIME FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS to work with our client who has a spinal cord injury living in their own home in the WV10 area of Wolverhampton.

You will be working with our client on a 2-1 basis to build a professional, working relationship and supporting him with activities of daily living, in social and leisure activities at home or in the community.

This post will be subject to a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.

Hours

Days 7am to 7pm with waking & sleeping nights 7pm to 7am

Pay Rates

16.50 per hour Monday to Friday day shifts

18.00 per hour Saturday to Sunday day shifts

18.00 per hour Monday to Friday waking night shifts

19.50 per hour Saturday to Sunday waking night shifts

11.50 per hour Monday to Sunday sleeping night shifts

12.50 per hour training rate

Skills

Experience with spinal cord injuries is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with our client and their family A valid driving licence is required to drive our clients adapted vehicle. Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for helping others are essential qualities for this role.
