Responsibilities:
To provide direct support that meets the young person-centred support plan.
To actively support young people with their communication and empower them to take control of their own lives.
To ensure young people remain at the centre of their support and their voice is heard.
To support young people with their emotional well-being and relationships.
Help young people with exploring interest, activities and community engagement.
Support young people to access education and finding career pathways.
Connect young people with their communities and support them with their independence.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 12.50-14.00 per hour
