We are currently looking for compassionate, experienced Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to individuals across various settings, including day centres, supported living facilities, nursing homes, and within their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in complex care and experience working in day centre environments, with a genuine passion for promoting independence, dignity, and well-being in every aspect of care.

Main Duties Include :

Care for Adults with Disabilities Ranging from 18 years and Upwards.

In order to be considered for this vacancy, you will need the following:

The right to work in the UK

SSSC registered or willingness to register within 6 months of employment post

Have excellent communication skills.

Have the ability to adapt to different healthcare environment

Works well in stressful situations and able to respond effectively to challenging situations
