Role Overview

We are looking for passionate and reliable

Care Assistants / Team Leaders/ Support Workers / Service

Managerfor Domiciliary and Supported Living to join our growing team. You will provide essential support to individuals, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life at home.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality

personal care

and

companionship

Support with

medication administration

and daily living activities Assist clients with

autistic spectrum

and

learning disabilities

Implement and follow

physical de-escalation techniques

when required Maintain accurate and confidential records of care provided Travel between service users' homes (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of care experience

(domiciliary or similar role) Experience supporting

autistic and learning disability clients

Physical de-escalation Trained

(required)

Full UK driving licence

and access to own vehicle

Enhanced DBS check

(or willingness to obtain) Relevant

training and certifications

preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, reliable, and committed to person-centred care Medication administration trained Moving and handling trained Mental Health and Positive Behaviour experience Based in Oldham and Manchester Area
