The Supported Employment Service is looking for a Supported Employment Solutions Officer to join the growing team in supporting residents to plan, prepare and start their journey to employment.

RMBC have operated this service since July 2023 There is now an opportunity to expand this team and grow further capacity across the borough.

What you will do:

Engage new residents to the Supported Employment service through partnership working Provide one to one information, advice and guidance for residents, learning needs and planning the journey to employment Signpost to alternative sources for support with external factors affecting employment opportunities Engage and work alongside Employer partners to ensure that individuals and partners are supported in the workplace Work in a hybrid environment across Riverside House and other settings to commit our support at the heart of our communities


We are looking for an individual with a passion for supporting our residents to succeed, with a view to the barriers and challenges faced by our neuro diverse residents and communities and with a motivation to lead positive change for all.
