Rate of Pay: 15.02 per hour (PAYE) / 19.46 per hour (Umbrella)

About the Role
Sanctuary Personnel is currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Scheme Worker to work at a local authority's supported accommodation service in Bath. This hands-on role involves supporting residents--many with histories of rough sleeping and multiple complex needs--on their pathway toward independent living.
You'll not only provide personalised support but also handle a range of tenancy-related administrative responsibilities to ensure residents receive the financial and practical assistance they need to maintain stable accommodation.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Deliver tailored one-to-one support to help residents prepare for independent living.
Support service users with Housing Benefit claims, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
Set up and manage rent and service charge repayment plans, and ensure follow-up where required.
Complete tenancy documents such as licence agreements and maintain accurate records via the service's CRM system.
Liaise with housing teams, support services, and external agencies to support positive outcomes for residents.
Monitor rent accounts and intervene proactively where payment issues arise.
What You'll Need
Proven experience in supported housing or a similar role working with vulnerable adults.
Knowledge of Housing Benefit systems and tenancy/licence management.
Confidence in working with individuals who have complex or multiple needs.
Strong administrative skills and familiarity with digital record-keeping platforms (CRM systems).
Ability to work full-time, on-site, in the Bath area.
