Location: Serving Surrey & Sussex Areas (Guildford, Woking, Epsom, Crawley, Farnham, Addlestone, Godalming, Leatherhead, Egham) Salary: Highly Competitive Shift Rates + Excellent Paid Travel Package Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (Shift work, including evenings and weekends)

Sleep-In Shift Rate - 52.00 per night

Travel Package (Highly Competitive)

Mileage: Paid at 45p per mile for all required travel. Paid Time: We pay for your waiting time and driving time after the first 10 miles from your home location, ensuring your time is fully valued.

Essential Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following mandatory criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience working within the adult social care sector. Vehicle: You must hold a full UK driving license and have access to your own reliable vehicle for work purposes. Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours on a rota basis, including evenings and weekends. Right to Work: You must already possess the unrestricted Right to Work in the UK; we do not offer Certificates of Sponsorship (COS).
Areas We Cover: Guilford, Epsom, Crawley, Woking, Farnham, Addlestone, Godalming, Leatherhead, and Egham.

Your Role: Dynamic Support Across the Community

As a Community Support Worker, you will provide vital assistance to adults with varying needs, promoting their independence, well-being, and community inclusion. Your responsibilities will span three key service areas:

Supported Living: Providing consistent, structured support within resident homes (e.g., meal prep, administering medication, domestic support). Outreach/Community Support: Assisting individuals to access appointments, social activities, and employment opportunities within the local community. Domiciliary Care (Dom Care): Delivering personalised care packages directly to individuals in their own homes across our service areas. Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining meticulous and professional records of all support provided, adhering strictly to care plans and internal safeguarding policies.
