Qualis is recruiting for a confident and capable Supported Living Manager on behalf of a reputable provider supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other complex needs in Bognor Regis. This is a key leadership role suited to someone with strong operational management experience and a track record in successfully turning around or improving care services. Experience of the supported living model is a must for this and excellent knowledge of right support, right care, right culture guidance.

The provider delivers person-centred supported living services designed to promote independence, choice, and meaningful community engagement. The incoming manager will be responsible for the day-to-day running of services, staff leadership, and the delivery of consistently high standards of support.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage supported living services for adults with learning disabilities and autism. Implement effective service improvement and performance plans. Oversee daily operations, risk management, staff supervision, and rota planning. Ensure that the service remains safe, inclusive, and focused on positive outcomes. Build a skilled, motivated staff team through structured development and support. Establish strong relationships with families, professionals, and local stakeholders. Earn a 2% bonus based on performance milestones and service growth.

Requirements:

Significant experience in managing supported living or residential care services. Proven ability to lead service turnaround or improvement initiatives. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care (or equivalent). Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. A genuine commitment to person-centred practice and empowering service users. Full UK driving licence (essential).
