About the Role:
You will lead a passionate team in delivering outstanding care to a lively and resilient individual in their own home in Lancing. Your leadership will ensure they continue to thrive in a safe, structured, and engaging environment.
The individual is:
An individual with great skills in communicating their needs
Autistic with learning disabilities
Living with left-sided hemiplegia, and Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome
They enjoy messy play, water, running, trampolining, music, and time with my family, especially their mum and sister. They need support in all aspects of their life and while epilepsy affects them, they are not defined by it. You'll play a key role in ensuring that with routine and preparation they can safely enjoy life to the fullest.
Working hours:
40 per week, Monday-Friday, with on-call duties. We're open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Who We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Manager in services supporting individuals with autism, and learning disabilities
A confident leader who can inspire and develop a skilled, empathetic team
Creative, resilient, and passionate about making a difference
A strong communicator with excellent active listening skills
Sound knowledge of Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations and compliance requirements
