We are seeking a dedicated, experienced, and compassionate
Registered Home Manager
to oversee the day-to-day operations of our
Supported Living service for the elderly
. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care and support for older adults, promoting independence, safeguarding wellbeing, and maintaining full compliance with
CQC regulations
and internal company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
Oversee and lead the supported living team to deliver person-centred care to elderly residents.
Provide strong, supportive leadership that fosters a positive and empowering working environment.
Line manage staff, including conducting supervisions, appraisals, and ongoing training and development.
Care Quality & Compliance:
Ensure the service operates in line with
CQC Fundamental Standards
and
Health and Social Care Act 2008
.
Maintain up-to-date care plans, risk assessments, and individual support plans.
Ensure all care is delivered with dignity, respect, and adherence to safeguarding principles.
Operations:
Manage the budget and ensure efficient use of resources.
Oversee staff rotas, recruitment, and induction processes.
Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, and external agencies.
Regulatory Oversight:
Be the
CQC Registered Manager
for the service.
Prepare for and manage inspections and audits.
Ensure timely incident reporting and learning from complaints or safeguarding issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 40,000.00-50,000.00 per year
