passionate and experienced Supported Living Service Manager
to lead high-quality services for
adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs

You will be responsible for the
day-to-day management
of supported living services, ensuring safe, person-centred, and compliant care that promotes
independence, choice, and positive outcomes
. This is a key leadership role, requiring strong people management skills and a solid understanding of
CQC standards and safeguarding
.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Leading and managing supported living services in line with CQC regulations
Developing, motivating, and supervising staff teams
Ensuring high-quality, person-centred support and positive outcomes
Managing safeguarding, risk, and quality assurance
Working collaboratively with families, commissioners, and professionals
About You:
Experience managing services for adults with learning disabilities and/or mental health needs
Strong knowledge of CQC requirements and social care legislation
Confident leader with excellent communication skills
Committed to dignity, inclusion, and high standards of care
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership (or willingness to work towards) desirable
