Support staff to work confidently with crisis and positive risk management.

Build strong relationships with families, social workers, health partners, and community teams.

Maintain safe staffing, effective rotas, and clear communication channels.

Promote reflective practice and staff wellbeing in a demanding environment.

Ensure the service runs smoothly and consistently -- providing stability for both staff and the people we support.

Experienced in supporting adults with learning disabilities or complex needs, particularly in fast-paced or crisis-led environments.

Emotionally intelligent with strong grounding skills and the ability to lead others through challenging situations.

A natural communicator who can build trust quickly with people we support, staff teams, and partner agencies.

Confident in leading teams, managing performance, and modelling positive values.

Skilled in risk management, decision-making, and maintaining a calm, structured environment.

Flexible, responsive, and able to adapt as circumstances change.
