Essex Overview
Compass Associates are currently working with one of the UK\'s leading national providers within Residential and Supported Living care. We are looking for a Supported Living Manager to overlook the running of a 6 bed transitional service for young adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities & Challenging Behaviour.
This exciting role involves the overall responsibility of this \'Good" rated service\'s, reporting to and working alongside the Area Director, you will be taking in the CQC Registration for a successful and settled Supported living services.

As the Supported Living Manager, you will have the chance to maintain and develop the service working alongside equally passionate colleagues trying to make a difference to the service users\' lives.

The role will consider Deputy Manager\'s currently looking for a new challenge. Work Pattern Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with expectations to be flexible depending on the needs of the service + on call with the rest of the management team
Location The position is located in Winchester.
Criteria \xe2\x80\x93 NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management / RMA or equivalent \xe2\x80\x93 Experience as a Supported Living Manager for a similar setting \xe2\x80\x93 Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism \xe2\x80\x93 Good people management skills \xe2\x80\x93 Knowledge of the Care Quality Commission standards- A role model, providing exemplary support and advice to promote good practice \xe2\x80\x93 Exceptional communicator, team player, empathetic and excellent people skills \xe2\x80\x93 Clear DBS / CRB Interview 1st Stage are to preferably be held face to face with the Operations Manager and Regional Director.

2nd Stage are then to be held via MS Teams with the HR Director and the Divisional Director.

3rd and final stage to have a 10/15 minute chat with the CEO to go through the role and a chance to ask any questions from their end
