Role Summary:
The Role is to support the fundraising team with administrative support, such as producing thank you letters, helping with event administration.
What we need you to do:
Manage incoming and outgoing telephone communications to ensure a high level of customer service.
Assist with the maintenance of Constituent records.
Taking post to Post Office, when appropriate.
Assist with preparation for events as required.
Keeping internal information confidential and respecting staff members.
Communicating when not able to attend a shift.

Ability to work in a team
Good attention to detail
Good Microsoft Office skills

Communications:
