We are a dedicated provider of OFSTED-regulated supported accommodation for young people aged 16-17, in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023. Our mission is to offer a safe, nurturing environment that empowers teenagers to develop independence and achieve positive outcomes.

Role Overview:


We are seeking compassionate and experienced Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will manage a caseload of young people, providing tailored support that aligns with their individual needs and aspirations. You will be instrumental in helping residents develop life skills, access education or employment opportunities, and prepare for independent living.

You will provide support to young people across Newmarket, Cambridge and Peterborough. There is the option to be based in one location and we are recruiting for all three areas.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain supportive relationships with young people to facilitate their personal growth and independence. Manage a caseload, creating and implementing individualized support plans in collaboration with each young person. Ensure compliance with the four Quality Standards outlined in the 2023 Regulations: leadership and management, protection, accommodation, and support. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with OFSTED requirements. Collaborate with external agencies, families, and professionals to coordinate comprehensive support. Participate in regular training and development activities to maintain the skills necessary for managing supported accommodation. Contribute to the biannual review of support services, incorporating feedback from young people to enhance service quality.

Candidate Requirements:



Minimum of 12 months' experience working with young people in a residential or supported accommodation setting. Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care (Level 3 or above) or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and work towards defined outcomes. Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required, alongside potential on call system. A valid UK driving license is desirable. Enhanced DBS check required, DBS update service preferred.
