Are you an experienced Surfacing Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career? My client has an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with a proven background in surfacing work, particularly on car parks and new house builds.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of surfacing projects, ensuring high-quality standards and adherence to project timelines.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors, maintaining efficient and safe working environments.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety protocols on-site.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all surfacing work meets industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Surfacing Supervisor, specifically with car parks and new house builds.
- Strong knowledge of surfacing materials, techniques, and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driving license.
