We specialise in providing high standard Fire Safety and Passive Fire Protection services to top niche clients from a broad number of industries such as Construction, Hotels Sport and Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Manufacturing and Industrial.

Role Overview



Strong organizational skills to effectively manage tasks and priorities.

Strong IT Skills

In-depth knowledge of passive fire protection systems, fire doors, and dampers.

Familiarity with project management software and tools for efficient contract tracking and reporting.

Advanced knowledge of contract law, compliance, and industry standards.

A collaborative team player who can also work independently when required.

Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey information clearly and professionally.

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities



Conduct site inspections and offer technical support to surveying team for passive fire protection, fire doors, and dampers.

Review and issue detailed reports based on survey findings, ensuring all issues, defects, and non-compliances are clearly documented.

Coordinate the scheduling of surveyors and operatives through the labour planner.

Work with the Health and Safety team to ensure safe work practices, particularly in relation to asbestos management, are in place for each project. Ensure all surveys and inspections comply with safety standards. Including all relevant documentation i.e. RAMs / CPP

Act as the primary liaison between clients, contractors, and project teams.

Provide regular updates and reports to clients and senior management on project progress, challenges, and outcomes.

Carry out toolbox talks, identify training requirements and implement training plans for the surveying team.

Bring standardisation and a new level of professionalism to the survey department.

Requirements



Full UK driving licence DBS checked Strong IT Skills required CSCS desirable L3 Construction / Estimating required ASFP L2 Passive Fire desirable
