We are seeking a commercially astute and detail-driven
Procurement Quantity Surveyor
to join our dynamic team, specialising in
super-prime residential projects
across London. This is a pivotal role focused on leading procurement activities, tender management, and cost control from pre-construction through to completion.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in
procurement and commercial management
within the high-end residential sector, coupled with excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead procurement activities on tenders (2-20M), including compiling tender documentation and overseeing the procurement strategy.
Manage tender analysis, bid evaluations, value engineering, and subcontractor selection and pricing.
Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers and subcontractors to secure optimal commercial terms.
Support the wider QS team with valuations, cost reporting, change control, and pricing advice.
Maintain and develop supplier and subcontractor relationships, ensuring alignment with project quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
Provide detailed cost estimates and manage project budgets from concept to completion.
Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and consultants to deliver accurate commercial advice and risk assessments.
Ensure compliance with all contractual, legal, and H&S standards.
Required Experience & Skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Proven experience in procurement and cost management on
super-prime or high-end residential projects
in London.
Strong understanding of tendering processes, supplier negotiation, and contract administration.
Excellent analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to evaluate technical data and pricing structures.
Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities.
Experience within a design-led or architecturally focused environment is advantageous.
Proficiency in cost estimation tools and project management software is a plus.

Pay: 82,500.00-95,000.00 per year
