Job Overview
We're looking for a commercially focused
Asset Management Surveyor
to help drive the performance and value of our property portfolio. You'll play a key role in managing lease events, letting vacant space, and identifying opportunities to enhance income and reduce costs. This role is ideal for a proactive surveyor with experience in landlord and tenant matters and a strategic approach to asset optimisation.Key Responsibilities
Let and market vacant properties to maximise occupancy and rental income. Manage lease events, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and break clauses. Support the development and delivery of asset management strategies. Carry out inspections and provide recommendations to improve asset performance. Maintain accurate records, asset databases, and performance data. Liaise with tenants, agents, and internal teams to ensure effective property management. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and RICS standards.

Pay: From 30,000.00 per year
