Role Overview

As a

Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

, you will be responsible for:


Preparing accurate cost estimates, tenders, and bills of quantities. Managing the commercial performance of live projects. Overseeing subcontractor procurement and valuations. Supporting pre-construction and bid submissions. Monitoring budgets, variations, and cash flow. Building lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

About You

Proven experience as a QS and/or Estimator within a small to mid-size contractor. Strong understanding of pricing, tendering, and cost control. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment. Detail-driven, commercially astute, and proactive in approach.
