What this job involves:



Our Industrial and Logistics Tenant Rep team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented newly qualified surveyor to join our close-knit group. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our diverse client base with their ever-expanding real estate needs.

What your day-to-day will look like:



Conduct market research and analysis to identify suitable properties for clients



Prepare property marketing materials and contribute to client presentations



Perform property tours and inspections, ensuring thorough documentation



Maintain and update property databases and client information systems



Collaborate with senior team members on lease negotiations and transaction management



Contribute to business development initiatives and proposal writing



Analyse market trends and prepare insightful reports for clients and internal use



Required Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field



1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate or a relevant industry



Strong interest in the industrial and logistics sector



Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software



Strong attention to detail and organizational skills



Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels



Preferred Qualifications:



Commercial knowledge of industrial and logistics requirements



Understanding of sustainability practices in real estate



Experience with financial modelling and analysis



Ability to manage timelines and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines Strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work commitments



Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and industrious mindset



Familiarity with emerging technologies in property assessment and data analysis
