Role
We are now looking to employ a
Surveyor
to become part of our team.
Full Time/Permanent - Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 17:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.
Salary:
Competitive
Carry out surveys in domestic, commercial & social housing properties
Compile detailed comprehensive reports and accurate quotations
Develop new and retain existing client base
Promoting and selling of company products and services
Day to day contact with team members, including mentoring trainee staff.
Knowledge, Experience & Requirements
CSTDB - Certified Surveyor of Timber and Damp in Buildings
Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
Sales experience, preferably within the construction industry
Excellent written and verbal communication
Extremely motivated and passionate about delivering high levels of service to our current and potential clients
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Being able to work as part of a team
Full UK Driving Licence
